teamworks has partnered with the East Valley Veterans Parade Association since 2016, assisting the organization that manages the 50+ year old annual event with sponsorship recruitment, website development, social media graphics and publicity.
Highlights
- teamworks successfully coordinated a media partnership with the East Valley Tribune, which creates a four-page special parade section for inclusion in the weekly paper and distribution at the parade.
- We worked with The Patriot 960 AM to establish a radio partnership featuring promotional broadcast spots highlighting general parade information and acknowledging parade sponsors.
- Working with a web developer, teamworks helped the association revamp its outdated website for easier use and readability with updated functionality and content.
- Each year, the parade has benefited from pre-event and day-of media placements, including live TV segments the morning of the event.
